The thread about your car was someone saying it wasn't crap because someone else had said it was. I've no objection to good threads about cars but there's no rule that "good" and "car" are that closely related!

You can have good threads without cars and you can talk about cars outside of a quality thread.

It may have been useful - this is the shame, yes. The site isn't being used to its full capacity.

I think you misunderstand me if you feel I don't want to talk about cars and have good threads. I'd prefer nothing more. Doesn't happen though sadly.

Drew, that particular thread asked for peoples opinions and was polite, well mannered and informational.
