make sure u get a full system for it and enclosed induction kit and ul be seeing in the region of 135-140bhp as proven by me and rich!

Are you getting a later model? T reg (i think) or later have the cats in the down pipie and cant be removed, pain in the arse?

Yeah deffo go for that eventually, nah its the earlier one mate, r reg 97 i think?? how much are the cat replacement pipes? and how much for full system?
Do you need to have it retuned after removing the cat?

no the ECU will readjust accoringly, a daztek system will compliment it nicely tho, my full system (Scorpion Stainless with Decat) was £300 from FFWD

the bits you will want...

sealed induction kit (green / simota / ecosse / bmc)
4-1 gmc manifold
full exhaust inc. decat (scorpion IMO)
50mm gmc springs

and it will be very nice.

after that

set or 285/PT51 cams
dastek
bilstein shocks
big brake kit (gmc / hispec / goat)

No i've got a VTR.

With the first few, probably Around 130bhp'ish. Some folk get great figures like sooty, ha ha 138bhp, my arse.

With the second lot, probably around 150/160bhp.

some headwork would see you up a few more ponies too.

Your are an idiot... as if such mods would make this power.... you have no knowledge on the engine prior to modifications and simply are looking at parkers for information... please get a grip on the real world... get your ass onto SSC or PGAC and see what other people run std and put against the modifications.

150bhp clio 16v - stayed with (I was std then)

I have NEVER once said I have gained 20bhp Simon, however I did start off with a little more than factory figures
