I bought a FSE motorsport fuel pump for £100 inc vat and postage direct from FSE. It is a direct fit for the intank corsa's. It is the same pump used for the motorsport cosworth's, rated at 500bhp, and doesn't click off til 9 bar. That might save you a few quid.

It didn't twig that these were direct to head tb's. Thats probably more of a reason to use 90mm trumpets.

The distance from valve to trumpet mouth is meant to be proportional to RPM, and in reality you cant get as long as you need in most cars due to clearance. 120mm's would be best for mine but there is no chance they will fit, and I dont think you could get a filter big enough.
