The thing is - there are several different types of Mr2 kit - the red one that was posted up on the last page I remember was one of the shittest they rated.
I can't remember the site now - but there were some really really good ones, also a lot that showed all the in progression pics.
I think it'd be cool to do one - and put some nice 19" Kahn's on there or something.
The kit ones look crap with their little fake ferrrari wheels imo.

It will NEVER look realistic on an MR2, the lights are in the wrong place! The only car to do it on is a Pontiac Fiero.

Rip off for whats essentially a G reg car! A Fezza 348 won't set you back a LOT more cash. The MR2 replicas are too short to look real, the backend on the yellow one looks fairly convincing but I wouldn't buy one nor have the kit put on. Just not a lover of anything fake

No horse on front grill, mirrors are wrong, air vents in rear 1/4's aren't look or deep enough. Easy to tell it's fake
The real deal

the kits based on a mr2 or pontiac fierro,
my dads quite envolved with the kit car world and bad boy designs in brum are the place to go!
you have to cut the bottom half of the doors to fit the door pods in, and to get away with the law and copyright they alter the dimensions and they cannot sell you the badges to go on! so have to go to ferrari i have been told!

Easiest way to spot em is this
1. They very very rarely have the 355 Wheels
2.Difference in the gap between headlights and top of bumper.
Real
Fake
And looking at that pic, who on earth put £9.99 fogs on a replica of a £90k car

This is a pontiac Fiero replica, the lights are much better positioned.

Lets not forget the MR2 is shorter and narrower than the real thing....and I mean come on if u are next to a ferrari at the lights u know it...from the engine...sounds truley amazing...nothing can recreate the ferrari idle etc...
