 Grrrrrrrrrrrr GOnna get on the case tonight with a letter cos they are caliming they never got my letters and I still got the one from insurance somewhere I sent the one to DVLA same day PROPER PISSED OFF NOW!!!

just text me ex g/f who knows him and she said its his mams old car and she has had it for a while, ill try getting his number as im hearing different stories

go on an insurance d/b and type in the plate and see if it matches still with your car

i would get on to your insurance company coz if it was a write off it's the insurance company that's sold your car with the plate on it

nowt u can do in all honesty
the insurance company do have the right to the car and the plate once its on, thats why u pay the 80 quid transfer to put it on that car, like alloys or engine or any other bit of it
they then sell the plates on and there is nothing u can do unless u declare it on the insurance so u can obtain it back

Its kinda standard, had exhuast, 17s and few other bits and piecs was lowered! My money went on stereo i got all that back!

my mate had DAZ4 773 on his corsa (now the one with flames on it and v6 cleo kit)
he sold it with plate on and asked for it back once they sold it on, they ended up selling the plate as they claimed to have paid for the car WITH the plate
he gave 700 for the plate not long b4 for his 18th birthday, fort for it and lost it in the end. should have took it off b4 he sold im affraid to say

canny remember about rims on it, ill get fotos 2night
go on CIS and do an online quote, type in the reg when it asks u and see if car details match your old car, like trim spec and year

Well yeah thats obvious but people woulnd't let me touch my car and I spk to both insurance and dvla bout keeping my plate for obvious reasons!!

Was a 1.6 16v HLX, X reg 2000. Had all thr cons heated seats etc etc
