chap oposite me on his 2l turb gsi astra has 20 tbo with the screw between the 2 and 0 so reads 2.0 TBO

A 1.3 NOT is my mate. He's owned two let'd astramax vans and now the let astra with nos which I can assure you is very, very fast.

Very Dark purple kinda colour will be fast once he gets round to puttin the mods on. Although this the same guy who claimed to have 121bhp on a Nova sri and would never prove it, engine somehow blew up a few days before he sold it

Pointless. The plate is only valid for the car or marque and will go on either:
a car that's no modified and blatantly obvious what it is

or a car that's highly modified, but the owner then feels stupid and needs to remind people what car it started out as
