how much mortgage did you get, what interest rate and how much in total you paiyng back and how much per month ?

had a 5% deposit so mortgage was 57K but there was an indemity cover which took it up to just under 58K. was fixed for 2 years and we paid £335 a month. it has just gone up cause we are not fixed anymore to £365. we are looking to remortgage however

shizer thats well cheap, wish mine was that low mine is 123,000 on my own pay 568 a month

Currently in the process of finding a good mortgage for a house im buying but the repayments cost dont worry me.

You may look at the cost of the repayments and they are frightening, but its one of the best investments available. If you have the money, go get a house, not a fancy 40k car!
