I drank a big bottle of Asda's version when I had to work through the nite once. At about 2am I started shaking and didn't stop for about an hour when I got really tired, makes you wonder about long term effects.

I still drink it now and again though, its good if you are driving really early in the morning/late at nite and you don't want to start nodding off.
