Gettin an athlon 3200+ XP, runs at 2.2GHz, but I've heard stories told by old men that it will run at 2.4-2.5GHz (effectivly 4000+ XP), with decent cooling!
Hence my cooling method - water
My Case...

Part of the Home-Made watercooling system...

Yes that is the heater-matrix from my corsa, with the pipes chopped off - I need to seal up the top holes & fit new barbs on the front, so means drilling 2 holes & soldering in some bits - fun!!
With the AMD Chips, anything before week 39 of 2003 is multiplier un-locked, meaning there super easy to overclock, anything after there locked & you need to 'modify' the CPU to disable the clock-lock (involves cutting some tracks and/or bridging a few pins)... risky business & differs depending on the chip & manufacturing date!

Oh and I also need to cut a section out of the motherboard tray so the core will fit flush against the front & make up to adapter shrouds out of some aluminium sheet so all the air from 2 fans is vented through the core & there are no dead spots

you checked the motherboard manual??
if it says where the pins are for the HDD light * which is + & -, then black goes to negative, red to possitive
