You cant tune for more torque than power without a turbo.
The 2.0 would rip it apart I reckon, assuming cars/drivers are otherwise the same.
A tuned 1.6 will only use fuel when driven hard, but as will the 2.0. BHP = FUEL.
I get an average of 32mpg out of my car with a variety of driving.

Not really, the next step would be steel rods and forged pistons. For the gains its not worth the money really.
I fitted a quaife atb lsd last weekend, thats fun
