I'm not doing throttle bodies to start with, I'm gonna more or less copy what Lee Manning, Renton, Davys X16XE Corsas spec is.
1.6 16v Tigra engine with EGR removed
Mantzel Powerbox inlet manifold
Lower section of inlet manifold flowed and matched to head
Gas flowed and ported head wih modified valves and valve springs and guides
Piper fast road cams and SBD vernier pulleys
APR Conrod bolts
PMC tubular exhaust manifold
Prism decat pipe and Scorpion Grp A stainless system
Unichip to raise rev limiter and adjust fueling.
Now I know that spec in the Corsa is good for 6.39 0-60's

Why do you doubt it? I've got the money, I've got the time.

Thats fair enough. But i personnally find it hard to think that out of all the concourse edition novas out there thats yours will be "the cleanest".

Re-spray the rear.
I've got to get a few bits and pieces for the engine, once I've got them I need to get the car to Lees for some welding and the engine fitting.

should be good when finished, nice work. U stripping the underside of all the waxoil??
The cleanest uk nova I've seen is that Porsche peppermint green one that was at Trax, think it has a 2.0 with TB's. Now that thing was clean
Get it close to that one and it'll be a minter

The engine pics just show how restrictive the standard inlet manifold and induction system are. Get that Mantzel on there

Does it really matter how 'clean' Ollie's Nova is going to be? The important thing is that he'll be kicking the arses of a good few so-called performance hatches all the way down the road
Ollie - look forward to seeing this car in the flesh
