Each of these company's polices state that, if you do not have a road worth spare tyre, they will not attempt to assist you.
How i know? My bro had a blow out on the motorway in his Nova. He had just finished his full PERMANENT install (where he had removed the spare wheel) RAC told him to SOD OFF over the fone. They wudnt send any one out, not even to tow him. When he got home he checked through the policy, as well as a few other companies to see who he should switch to, but the above all state the same thing. He didnt check AA, but i guess its the same thing.
I suggest all u lot with break down cover thinking ur "safe", shud check ur policies!!

good point! i have never had a car with a spare tire yet, never had puncture either! also thats y i have a very kind dad tho who i am sure wud come and save me with a tire should i get a puncture! hehe

just carry a can of that tyre weld stuff or whatever its called will at least get you out of trouble or to a garage to get it fixed
