if u have power steering its quite a bit harder as the power steering lines are in the way of intercooler pipes and the turbo feed hits all on the p/s mount etc. would be fairly straight forward if the car didnt have p/s

u need a fitting kit from pvd etc. if ur gna run an f28. really u want a bigger intercooler. regal do one or m.tech are bringing out one in april which will be good. if u get an intercooler from them it will be very straight forward all the pipe work. not much else i can think of as u already have a 2 litre

so its £300 for putting a 1.6 in, £350 for the engine, around £500 for fitting kit? what else do you need, gearbox, loom, brakes (would be converting from only a 1.0 12v) already got lowered suspension... i wanna know a TOTAL price!?

300 labour and 350 roughly for engine, loom, gearbox, ecu etc. brakes will be an extra 50. u wont need a fitting kit with a 1.6 only a 2litre. so around 700 all in

needs a new tank and lines. plus i think the drivers mounts are different so it may need one specially made. labour wouldnt be much extra, just buying the parts really
