all of tupacs albums were produced by afeni shakur (his mum)

i'd say tupac is probably the best

nowdays i reckon eminem is the best writer/producer, anyone who thinks 50 cent is a good rapper should listen to his 1st album and then listen to get rich or die trying, then you'll see how much of a differance eminem makes when producing a record. 50 cent sold alot and was popular because of what he was and where he came from, if he hadn't of been shot he would just be another black rap artist fro new york

also nas is very good if you listen to his 1st & 2nd albums

The reason it's in the charts is because you've got little school children rebeling against there parents and people who think that it's the only Hip Hop out there. IMO it just unimanginative commerical pap

Yeah I agree, better music was made before it was commercialised but that happens with everything, people recognise it, therefore it grows.....

I'm not gonna stop liking artists just because they have to produce more 'children' friendly music.....
