get traders insurance allows you to drive anything and the cars you own don't have to be registered to anyone in particular IIRC

The cars have to be insured in someone elses name and you are only coverd third party in the event of an accident

so far I'm going from what beardy said to me a while back, and also what my uncle has planned up aswell as he's gona be incharge of the welding n such!
Basically need to cut the corsa floorplan out from the rear-seats back, and weld in the cally t floorplan for the independant suspension & 4wd bits. as for any modifications to the sides of the car for the extra width, we wont know until we start on it, but were still planning it all yet & doing up drawings!
Also waiting for vauxhall to get back with some detailed drawings of the floorplan & suspension n all of both cally t & the corsa so we can draw something up
Beardy... Liv Vic - 0800 514 514
Tesco... Wouldnt bother with them TBH, they hiked my premium by over £800 just for a set of alloys, coilovers & v6 brakes!!

Used 4x4 system from Calibra Turbo.
Increased front track with of corsa so that it is the same as the calibras. (as using calibra driveshafts all round)
Removed steering rack & refitted 30mm higher up bulkhead so as to clear transferbox. Still very tight though.
Fabricated new lower crossmember to accept rear gearbox mount.
Rear- cut original corsa floor pan out to behind front seats. Weld in Calibra floor pan to mount original calibra independant rear suspension & diff. Petrol tank fabricated in boot.
Prop shaft shortened by 180mm. (taken from the the third section of the shaft at the rear diff end).

chassis is intact, its just the floorplan which is gona be welded n such...
cut-n-shunts refer to chassis being chopped & welded
