Different Block, pistons, cam's, valves, lifters, inlet & outlet manifolds, gearbox-to-bodywork mount (if using F28), loom, ecu...
Not too sure on the crank, fly & rods, but think the crank is also re-inforced, and the flywheel is a bit heavier to smoothen the power-curve of the turbo.

Block is the same, bar a oil feed which could easily be modded. Pistons are obviously different. XE inlet cam is actually better than the LET one. Its unlikely these would need swapping changing anyway.
Valves and lifters are actually the same.
Manifolds are obviously different as well, although I cant see any reason you'd ever want to change the inlet manifold, and the exhaust manifold is unlikely. Loom and ecu obviously different also.
Crank and rods are the same. Flywheel different.

the oil feed then off the LET block, if to be used on an XE engine, reckon it could be used to feed an oil-cooler??
Just an idea mind!

Its an oil return, not sure where the feed is taken from tbh.
XE's have oil coolers as standard. If you dont have one just get the std take off plate.

What intercooler are you using?
Also what chip and boost?
Did you buy the cams new specifically for the LET? As just using the XE inlet cam has the same effect (+3bhp odd) as aftermarket cams apparently.

standard let cooler, going to need a better one if i go any further.
Evo 2 wallace chip, previous owner fitted it, more overboost than evo1 and a constant 0.85 bar for good torque, rev limit raised to 7200rpm
the cams are for the let, previous owner fitted them

You should see a decent improvement and safer running with a decent intercooler now, the standard one aint all that as im sure you know.

The intercooler would give a fair bit of power on a std engine, 265bhp is just the cut off point they have decided is the most its safe to run with the standard one.
You dont need to use any specific IC, anything that you can get to fit, my mates fitting a std EVO 6 IC to his Cally T, cost £150 secondhand, the EVO boys rate it to 400bhp I think...
