in all fairness PVD are not a patch on Illusion Autostyle. i have heard of masses of people wha have been sent incorrect items and are still waiting parts from this company. they have a back log of money owed to customers. its not good. performance and cosmetic vehicle modification is a fast growing business. if companys cannot cope with supply/demand they shouldnt be in business

Everyone send them an email to their sales team telling them about the increasing amount of complaints on this site and they will have to sort it!

Its strange it really is, but I have never once had a problem with PVD.

I got a Combat kit when I was told it was going to arrive (in the days when Combat kits were in short supply) I had my car done by PVD's bodyshop and had it back when I was told it would be ready.

I've ordered numerous bumpers, spoilers, grills, air filters and not once had a problem.

Although I have heard 1 story from S1MON that made me very worried about the mentality of a couple of members of staff

well PVD had grown considerbly since the old days and i guess coping with demand is proving difficult.

just think they need to re adress the way they handle customers, actually ringing back instead of fobbing people off with lies, people actually appreiciate being informed.

Yes, trying to worth with a skeleton staff with the levels of business they do is not going to work.

Pete just won't put his hand in his pocket for more staff, he would prefer to purchase more open toe sandles and brown leather jackets

the bloke told me 2 weeks to get the kit in...........was it fuck!!! i was on my 5th week of waiting and he told me it could be another week or so!!

if he had told me the day i ordered it to expect a couple of months i either wouldnt have bothered or id be fine with waiting but i dont like being lied to when he new full well it would take a century!!, ive heard loads of complaints about this company.

they took a month to get me my front MCR bumber!!

Now those people having trouble getting hold of conversion kits have to understand that they come from M-Tech in Germany so its a case of supply and demand.

And if M-Tech are'nt pulling there fingers out, then its not PVD's fault.

But theres no excuse for keeping there customers informed.
