63.5mm is a 2.5" system. Thats a high flow system and i'd say to make use of that size, bin the CAT and look at a good exhaust manifold.

And being a 1.8 i'd say you should see over 150, morelike 160 odd.

I've read somewhere that with some good work on the 1.8 GSI we can achieve the 175hp....

Well...i guess that's optimistic

Not really. You think that the 1.8 can go to 175bhp using that kit. Patrick had 170bhp from his 1.6 using the Dbalis kit, 2.0 16v ecotec can go above 230bhp so i see no reason why not

What DBILAS Kit ?

I've seen in DBILAS site the INDIVIDUAL THROTTLE INJECTOR SYSTEMS...dunno if that's what Patrick used or not in his 1.6...

Anyways, that system in my car only gives 30hp, it means, a total of 155hp.

Would like to know more of that kit that Patrick used...
