Apart from the spoiler have you done anything to it?
A nice T88 and 2.2 stroker kit might be on the cards for me next

i know that beardy is still putting together his corsa with v6 and NoS, using 6x25 shots of Nos direct cylinder injection. Should be damn quick. IS it 3.2?

Do they struggle to get traction tho?
I'd imagine all that power through front wheels would spin like mad! My cars rear wheel drive and thats bad enough. Im running about 15psi and a few other goodies which gives about 270BHP. Standard 0-60 is 5.4 seconds so I'd like to think I've shaved around 1/2 maybe 1 second off.
1/4 mile as standard is 14seconds - Im aiming for low 13's. Hopefully break in to the 12's sometime soon!
Traction in a turbo is quite hard once that turbo starts spinning up. FWD cars are hard to get 200+bhp turbo power onto the road, spins 17" alloys in 4th gear, in the dry. Wet, who knows, 5th, 6th gear wheelspin???
Yeah but most over 200bhp have got a nice lsd to put the power through..

No it's just a 2.5 iirc and he's strapping a turbo on aswell
Will be big power like 350 bhp I think.
Someone needs to build a 4wd or rwd corsa to make a really fast corsa

Beardy - he has a 2.5 V6, currently having abit of trouble getting the turbo he has to work properly, just having teething problems, oh and he has 150bhp direct port nitrious too. so when running 100% it will be pretty quick

there are a few cars on here capable of quick times however very few have actually been timed.
the fastest corsa timed on here at the moment would be AK's corsa 14.4 @ 98mph
Dave don't have his any more, VT, Donna, ap never been tested. Standard LET corsa should manage sub 14s 1/4. with the right tyres, suspension set up and driver cabable of getting of the line times should be fast.

Must be the NA's in your mirrors. The turbos will be long gone by the time youve changed to second and then it'll be time for your rebuild

I think i'd go for the RX7 over the MR2.
You sound like you ahd your corsa when i started on mine. 16"s were the rage, and as you say, Combat kit had just come out.
Nowadays, its, who can fit the biggest wheels behiend the most stupid biggest kit.
16"s, subtle styling and power is the way to go Never has gone out of fashion, never will.

Glad you stuck with the Jap mods. Ive just added to the collect and put an Apexi Power induction kit on and the noise it makes is fantastic.
Im trying to get hold of a Garage Fukui SPL departure 2 exhaust - chrome cans but they are so rare. I can get one imported from Japan for £1200 or £800 second hand. Got a monggose on the way in a few weeks to tide me over until I can find one.
