Im not really that bothered, we have a similar player in bellamy, creates more than he scores. What we really need is a replacement for Sir Al

I love Newcastle I really do they are like my second team just as Leeds were many peoples second team a couple of seasons ago but I think you geordie fans have got some hard times to come and I think this has got to be Sir Bobbys last season, also finding a replacement for Alan Shearer could be one of the hardest things since the great escape

Bellamy is a great player when on form a little like Viduka actually very inconsistant and can be a bit of a liability, dont you hate it when people call players they hardly know anything about

aye agree with both your points there karnage. Liverpool sack there manager after they increase there league position by one place but Newcastle doesnt after they drop 2 places and were lucky that it wasnt more. I dont think you can replace Shearer, theres no one like him so the easiest thing to do would be to change the style of football and bring the midfield into the game more.
Dont see us having hard times ahead but cant see us competing with any of the top 3 and if liverpool get this thai blokey on the board then we'll also be watching them from beneath them I feel!!

Yeah Bellamy had been working on his finishing when he was injured and looked like a different player when he came back only to get injured again. The number of one on ones he gets cos of his electric pace is unreal, and put away 2 out of 3 on his return which is pretty good odds!!

I feel that it was the best thing Liverpool could of done was to get rid of Houllier and get a european coach in bring in a good attacking footballing side and get rid of dead wood, Houllier was stale and although I feel sorry for him he had to go, I hope for his sake he gets a good job maybe upstairs he does not need coaching with his past medical problems

He's a top signing in my opinion. Also a bargain. He doesnt score for leeds granted but look at the difference in supply quality between Leeds and Man U. Hmm, i think Man U might just edge that
Smith for £7million or Heskey for £6.25million, i know who i'd buy! SMITH

How many games did each player play? Did Smith get 3 European run outs like Heskey? No...................Did Smith get to a cup final like liverpool did? No....................... What a shit fact you just stated muppet! Clearly Heskey played more than Smith did.

Strikers are rated on goals.
Lets see how many goals he scores next season eh? He'll have plenty of European, FA Cup, and League cup run outs to score so he'll have plenty of opportunities to score & no excuses if he doesnt come up with the goods.
