My abs does this alot too, gives you a fukin heart attack when the pedal goes right to the floor all of a sudden

not had it yet on my corsa.
the calibra did it every so often though.

i've been stripping it down over the last half week and the abs sensor wire from the n/s front ring was frayed and missing insulation like it had been trapped in something.
