My lass went to India to see her relatives over there for a month, was shite without her around. Had hardly any contact the whole time, actually had to write letters as the internet over there wasn't reliable

Sassy you already knew what you wanted to do, you just needed some reassurance thats all.

4 weeks isn't the end of the world. Yeah, it'll drag but it isnt like he'll be gone until xmas. If anything goes wrong then at least you gave it a shot .
