My F20 was fully rebuild about 4k ago by courtenay so i might just spend some cash having a play around with it.
Who would be the best guys to speak to about this?

IIRC the number in the gearbox name refers to the amount of torque it can handle.

So the F16 is maxed at 160lbs / ft
the F20 would top at 200lbs / ft
and the F28, 280lbs / ft
