i have carrier bags in my car, it fills up during the day, so at night i empty it onto the car park, will this be why they stress?

dont see the point to be honest shel. we throw later on a car park that is meant to be used just for parking on, we are not meant to be there, but we never listen to people when they kick us off. if u take it to the papers, theyl probably sort out barriers or CCTV or something. it would jst make matters worse
