My conversion costs break down as follows:

Engine, ECU, loom, F28 box -- £700
FMIC -- £200
Labour -- £350
Hoses and misc. parts -- £250

Then uprated my brakes further from the Astra GTE ones which i had on there to some mad things -- £450

U dont need to seam weld a corsa.

B-pillars wont crack on later spec corsas i.e post 97.

Seam welding is usefull to help the handling and reduce torque steer, dont loose any sleep if you dont do it.

Use sellotape to hold it in.

Make a cardboard exhaust out of toilet rolls.

did think that, thought about wrapping the toilet rolls in tin foil to make em last longer.

Not sure how my steelies will take all that power....

I take it that this would cost me about the same as I already have the XE in at the moment?? Plus I could sell my XE and lower the price again???
