Only 500 Storms made, 250 In Mystic Blue and 250 in Classic Green. 10 of the 500 were autos, and given how many have been written off there aren't many left. Hence the price.

Depends on what you think something is worth? I wouldn't buy a corrado, they look gay, but my friend at work has a Mystic Blue storm and says he will never sell it. Cost him 13k 4 years ago.

What are you on about way ahead of their time?!? Its a MK2 golf with different body panels! And the design? Its just a hatchback.
Future classic yes, but not because of its looks.

I could just never understand the point of the engine? either have a V6 or don't? Never mind shoe horning one into a tiny engine bay and have it further forward than the axel? I mean come on? Good thing the chassis is a touch of class or that thing would have been all over the shop!
G60, much better.

Scooby - more potential, makes a noise as good as the corrado, 4WD is always a laugh and 180BHP FWD is arse, more room in a scooby.....the list goes on....

Both have crap fuel economy, both dear to insure. Both have same top speed. Ones FWD ones 4WD. Ones quicker to 60 and over 1/4. I love em both.

So why do you class it as a future classic if...

You don't like the look of them?

And you think the engines are shit?
