a massive £0. work in a little village in the middle on no where so they need a car park.

our office building has company parking outside,

and my carparking space is right outside my window!

i park bout 4mins from my work down some random street outside a few houses or its 1500 a year for a permit

We have an allocated car park with about 100 spaces, plus no customers come into my work anyway because i work in a call centre

I am just going to park on the lap dancing club car park instead, the Velvet Lounge... won't be used during the day will it?!

exactly! to get a parking space we have to come into work 30 mins early anyway, so they are getting 30mins extra work every day and then 70 quid too. its a frigging joke this country, you will have to pay to fart soon if your not careful.

I live in Essex, and I commute into the square mile in London (financial).

Roughly 30 minutes on the train (depends on what train i get) and then 10 minute walk through the city

why is it £70? i thought it was just 20 for the year or have they put it up now. i wouldnt park on the velvet car park, theres a few clamp notices around there and they do actually clamp

If I park in the customer retail carpark it's free as long as the guy who gives the parking tickets out has my reg' number (max. of 2 hour parking otherwise) Never had a ticket/fine in 4 years tho.
If I park in the staff carpark it's also free. But no CCTV there.
