Halifax call centre is the worst bank call centre in the world.
The guy i spoke to argued with me about my bank balance, telling me i was over drawn ... i went into my local branch to find that i was in credit!!! Wankers.

First Direct are DAMN GOOD. No waiting when u phone, nice friendly ENGLISH SPEAKING person when u call, quick and safely delivered cards/cheque books etc (brought round by a personal delivery guy in the evening when your actually there to sign)
