Moved out of home before Christmas and i was 19 in october. Me and my sister moved out at the same time living in a rented house, andher bf also moved from his flat. Its so much better than living at home part from hearing thm having sex sometimes

First moved out when i was 16, moved about 300 miles away to get away from my parents

then got me own house later that year when i was 16, moved back in

Clever Clever...... lots of cash to be made if the location is right....
Fair play man.... i'd love to have the balls to get the initial loan and then risk putting it into somthing..... some things that seem a dead cert dont always work out that way.....

well in my eyes it was a certainty, with me seeing this kind of stuff done day in day out i was more laid back, i plan to buy more land and build on it in the future, but i want to get my corsa finished first
