i just done the final inspection on mine on wednesday and it was all finished so the money should have transfered yesterday... so keys on monday......

Im looking to rent somewhere in January, started looking around, £500 will get me a 3 bed detached in Cwmbran

In swindon £500 would get you a small 2 bed terraced !!!

Your house looks nice Rob, if i were you i wouldnt bother painting (well you cant for a year anyway) just get some funky art prints, wall hangings, rugs etc to brighten it up
