It doesnt. Corsas have an immobiliser and the hazard swithces cant be turned round i dont think.

we did it to my amtes nova all the time, all you had to do was break the steering lock, do the hazard switch, bump start it and your away

aye, thats what i thought? surely on the basic jobbies, like 1800ed motor which hasnt got a fag lighter let alone anything gagety to prevent pikeys nicking it, it can be done?

ford focus, if you smash and short out one of the rear indicator bulbs it shorts out the factory immobilser and alarm.

older shape mondeos can be opended by hitting the bottom of the wing just behind the wheel this sets off the airbags and open the doors!

Yes, this also works on corsas. Tested it on loads of me mates cars, and they get pretty annoyed that it would be that easy to steal it! lol.
Only one it didnt work on was a 2000 Sport, before this date i believe Vaux remedied this.

this is also the case for the audi s4 when the manifold heatshield starts to rattle which we found was quite common on them. total nightmare the were
(used to work for audi)
