Any decent car audio shop should seel them, even somewhere like motormania will sell them, or scout on the net at places such as http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk

Almost done building one now, and half the other has already been cut out. We got the internal wall in now to get the volume right (speaker is going on the left hand side)
Got to do a bit of fiberglassing to seal the box properly, put the speaker binding posts in the internal wall, and cut out the hole for the speaker on the front panel. Just tried to do it but the jigsaw is far too loud at 11 15 pm!
This is how its looking at the moment...

Cut the hole for the binding post (havent fitted it in properly yet though cos we still need access to inside the box to seal it!)
And cut the hole for the speaker out now...

The subs weigh 3 stone each, so weight is something that i will have to live with! Dan, its 18mm MDF so its pretty strong stuff Might not have time to get the other one built before i go to uni tomorrow morning though so it might be at least another week till its actually installed and working. At least im eventually making progress though!

when sealed you should sand down the edges and maybe use a little fiberglass to make it all curvy

another small progress update. Both boxes have now been built, ive put the sound deadening in the boot (almost finsihed) so all thats left now is securing a battery tray into the boot, and the wiring. Gonna finish the rest of the sound deadening over the weekend hopefully, it takes ssoo long though! Break up from uni on dec 16th so will have some time to finish it before christmas if it isnt already done
