Ive been out in Luton and surrounding areas with no problems. I think the majority of it's 'population' (lol) pick on people they think they can intimidate.
Ive been confronted by a couple of groups of Asians but always stand up to them, they soon look elsewhere.
I nearly had a royal rumble in the galaxy centre once because some Asian + about 20 of his mates told me to get out of their town
