Brown bread is no better than white. And to be honest Wholemeal bread which i assume Rob was actually referring to isnt really any better than white.

Swimming is good but it takes longer than other exercises to lose the weight. The best thing is too walk! You need to be active, but keep your heart rate as low as poss, to burn fat quick. So walking at a fast pace, unhills are great for about an hour a day would do you great

sorry to hijack ya thread sassy . but i need to loose weight at first rather than toning, as i need to get under the limit so i cant start my gliding stuff hence why im curious to know whats the best way about that, as surely doing alot of running, cycling would build muscle?

it does build some muscle obviously but you wont gain any size from running, look at any 800metre plus runners and theyre all skinny as fook! best bet is to eat 3-4 hours at least b4 you go to bed then go for a run or bike ride, running is the most effective, b4 you eat in the morning. lose the weight in no time
