Poor bloke, nothing like the sight of seeing the dreaded rust on the wheel arch. When will Vauxhall get it right!

Anyway, if its not too bad do it yourself (which I suspect it isn't as you;ve only just noticed it. Rub down the infected area throughly, treat the rust (Q-rust or similar) and then prime and spray. Job sorted. Throughly clean under both arches before hand and waxoyl to fook. No point going to bodyshop unless its really bad.

As for g/f, relationships are built on trust. Just ask her outright if everything is alright between you's. If she has something to say she'll hopefully say it then. Just have a decent discussion about your relationship and talk things over. You might just be paraniod.
