This is nice, BUT it would look out of place in a suttle looking car....Plus it would be more $$$
But the tv sitting centre flush into the console like BEARDYS would look real good in a show car or a suttle looking car...Its not in your face...But it looks classy.
Screen Size Wise....
5.6" or 7" don't know which one we will do...Theres not much difference in price £10-15 on the tv...
But when i have the centre console we will choose when we have compared them together...

I expext they will come with the recess for the TV so everything sits flush.

Just worked out a few rough prices...
Will ROUGHLY BE -
Console + 5.6" Screen = £140
Console + 7" Screen = £150
What would people perfer

make one for the Corsa c m8 you will have a few interested includeing me!!
would be mint as c has a double din head unit so screen would go where heater vents are and you will still have room for ur head unit or dvd player

Ok, we will do one for the corsa b....and one for the corsa c....
Both 7"....Do you think £150 inc tv is a good price?
Also....Beardys is a 6.5"....7" might be BIG....What you think?

would you have to cut the dash about to get the depth for the screen, or will there be enough room behind so it can be return to standard easily?

it would be a straight swap. All you would need t do is wire in the tv and re fit your heater controls.
Easy.

surely the MDF Din slot would be easier that building a slot in the console?  i just want something like that for my HU, as i find it a pain having to keep looking down to see what tracks playing etc on the screen - i feel fiat went the right way with the punto, with having the HU Din slot at roughly eye level
oh wells...centre console looks good though mate, im sure loads of people would interested

I'd be well interested if you were making one like the one in the red corsa B up there.
Want a DIN slot to go where the MFD is just like but perhaps not so big. Just big enough for a DIN sized screen.

yes I would aslong as it takes a Lilliput 7" touchscreen...
is it made from the original centre console & MFD section? just modified & fibreglassed up??

Right this is a great response. The production of this will start as soon as the console arrives. This will take around 2 weeks to get perfect. I shall then contact everyone on the list below with pictures of it painted and fitted. People can then make there payment. Then I shall get a mould made, this will take about a week to get perfect. The they will be ready for dispatch.

Also I have had some U2U’s about a dvd player as well. I’m currently trying to sort a complete package with a DVD,VCD,CD,MP3,CD-R,CD-RW compatible.
Something like this would look really good I think. It will also mean it will go where you current radio is and you control the cd’s through the screen.
Waiting on a complete price. BUT here’s a rough estimate
£60 Console
£90 Tv
£90 Dvd combo
Total - £240 may be able to do £220 package
People can buy anything separate though.

I'll just be needing a HU which has AUX IN ports & plays CD's.... nothing too fancy, will be making a carputer sorta thing, hence why need a lilliput touchscreen
already working on the construction of it, using my old laptop
