Thanks for the good comments every1. I have done most of the wiring today, the 2 Gauge was quite hard 2 get through the rubber gromit, but after that was ok. The vac forming is getting done on wednesday. =)

Yeh i have got 5 remotes, lol.
The wooden door builds are only moulds, they are solid. I am going 2 b mounting them on a board of mdf, then they will get vacformed, so i have a 5mm thick solid plasic door card. I will then cover the back in fiberglass 4 strength.
Just got 2 drill a whole in the door and in the car for the tv video and power cables and the 8 gauge jl speaker cable for each door.

I got all my stufffrom www.cel-direct.com.
There shop is about 5 mins away from me.
I have 8 gauge running to the crossovers then 12 gauge to the speakers. The 8 gauge is also for the sub. I have JL RSA's as well.
Hope it all sounds good, never heard any of the speakers or sub b4 and haent seen the tv working yet, lol. But i have been told the 13w6 are really good.
