^ i listen to heavy bass tunes, mostly rap, but some dance aswell,

with the adapters i got some layers of cloth and i put one on the door bolted the adapter ontop and then also another layer of cloth between the adapter and speaker, tightened eveything up and it still crackled, therfore must be the speaker!?

When I was installing my apline components they would crackle and then cut out if they touched the metal part of the door, so I slapped some insulating tape in around the hole for the speaker than that stopped it
