Best way to do it if he does not know what you look like give him the kicking of his life, maybe even a little bite the curb action, if he does know what you look like get a mate to do it, and make it look like a mugging admitting you will not warn him off doing it that way but at least you will feel better knowing he will be eating though a drip for a while.

i found my bird upstairs with some other twat on new years eve millenium edition.
wasn't too happy and she swore nothing was going on, but i saw
sometimes u wonder if its worth it when ur young as its a long time to stay together

if she would just admit to it rather that lying i could execpt , it wouldnt be easy but i could deal with it, just pisses me off that its all happened in the last 3 months , since her new job , last night she said she would hand her notice in today to stop him comming in but thats not what i want

the only thing good in this was last week he was racing up mine to give me some and stonked his type r (she works in a honda garage) so hes fucking in there every day using his car as an excuse

She is only saying this because she knows it winds you up. What you should do is try and stay calm about it, I reckon she doesn't like being told what to do (most women are like this I believe). If you try not to make it an issue she may forget about him or he will loose interest as he knows he isn't getting anywhere.
If you carry on arguing she will keep getting upset and he will be there to comfort her all the time.
I reckon make her happy give her attention then she will have no need to be comforted by him, he will loose interest when he realises she is happy.
