170ish Bhp 170ish lb/ft of torque with some silly gear ratios
as its a 24v it will have similar characteristics as a 16v... so no the torque doesnt kick in lower down teh rev range

see the torque is the driving force needed for 0-60 times, the power is the amount of delivery at higher rpm etc etc
my corsa is not far of the torque and i would expect with 17's and lighter to not be far off, but as the f20 does 58 in 2nd you have an extra change in there!

God knows how much my car weights
when pushing it feels like a small village.
i am not saying the time is 100% on but at the end of the day its as close as i am going to get without taking it to a Proper runway and paying (which i will do in time), at the end of the day its a good laught non the less, when you go to meets and people say my car can do 0-60 in 2.8 sec well i can say prove it. funny seeing that other cars get, my mate did a 10.4 in his Nova 1.4SR
i only have to go into 2nd to hit the 60mark and traction seams to be good, if i get the take off ok, as of the wide tyres and the weight at the front, if a 2lt 16v can do it in 6.0 then even if you take take 0.1 off for the change into the 3rd thats 5.9....
the end of the day, the time may be pissed (Racetech web site says its 2-3% out) BUT its all about having a laught, i will take it to a 0-60 1/4 day and have ago up there, but its the closest i am going to get at 2am on a thursday night , and i must get asked about 1000times when i go out and wanted to get just a figure in my head......
Paul_J - Quickest means 0-60, Fastest means topend
timrud_ - anytime dude, i will find a closed off road as well will have a 0-60 day get some vid aswell LET Vs V6

Not yet
my mates up soon with his Road Angle which is all GPS and has a speed read out on it (1-2mph out at most) so going to have a go one late night in that.
All i have done is, raced my mates 2lt 16v corsa and he was in 5th on the limiter and i was still in 4th at about 5000revs (backing off pulling back up backing off etc etc)

Not a realistic test as no air resistance.
