Not a good time to do that, house prices are on their way back down, this time last year would have been ideal.
Kerry, I'd use it for your home, car's are nice to have but I'd feel more content knowing I'd injected some worth while money into where I live.

I would buy a glanza turbo and do some serious engine work. Drink alot of it and go on holiday. Then put rest in bank for flat or uni or somethin.
Or take all my mates and holiday and blow the fuckin lot!

Really depends what £20k means to you and your current situation! If you got debts or could do with clearing some of the mortgage use it for that, maybe keep a bit of it and have a holiday out of it.
Or if £20k doesnt mean alot you got no finantial worries then blow the lot

I know what your saying Kolingus! Some people regards 20 grand as pocket change, as their house is paid for in cash, got a car, got nice furniture and just use money as either a way of inheritence for their children or blow it on hobbies, I need a couple of pool tables sharpish

That's something a member of the 'Dingle' family would say, seeing asthough there is more than 15,000 members at £12.50 per member.
Want to re-write that?
