Why, we both know each other and agreed on we were both gonna boot it (as much as cars allowed  ). We both set off bumper to bumper from the roundabout and floored it all the way after that.

cams head work coilovers lower strut upper strut etc... polly bushes seemwelded engine bay with the metal plates in too...
also it handled very very well when it was a 1.6 i thought........

My best 1/4 mile was 13.5@108, but that was with a shocking 2.4 60ft time.
Handling wise, I'm hoping to get it performing a bit better this year. Already brakes as well as it goes.
The biggest test will hopefully be when I take it to the Nurburgring this year!

Tim what diff have you got to put the power down and what bhp have you got?? My 2.0 turbo is around 250bhp but struggles to put the power down in 1st and 2nd????

Running Phase 3.5, with a hybrid turbo and enlarged top hat etc....
Just a normal 4x4 F28 converted to FWD is what I run. I can put the power down in 2nd if I'm sensible with the throttle. It is really about just feeding it at the right points. Taken me ages to master!
If I switch my brain off and its really wet it will spin on the motorway in sixth!

WHEN my car is fixed and back on the road i am hoping for a good re-tune by PowerEngineering... then i will be running sweet as 
i can get the power down really nicely, not in first mind 2nd can be a total joke...
in the wet i have had it spinning up in 4th and 5th... not got enough power to spin up in 6th yet Tim
280bhp is all good, and from about 40mph the car is all good... but i really need to sort out the handling bad.. its not the best thing round corners 
we shall see once i get myself a proper big boys job (which should be pretty soon)

SteveW, your sounds the same as mine! A great straight line car, but not quite a great allrounder!
Mind I did have an epic race with an MR2 turbo once, he said he couldn't keep up with me on the rounderbouts, then on the straights I was just gone!
I nearly fell over with shock LOL

What sort of money and what is involved in buying/ converting F28 to 2 wheel drive?? Is it alot better than the F20??
Is there any RWYB days arranged for all the corsas on here???
