I'd have thought a crash like that could have caused an 'injury' Get yourself down to the hospital tonight.
Extra couple of grand for damages on your claim
yes, go to the hospital and claim whiplash.

Or don't claim for injuries you've not got.

Yeah, dont make false claims, because if they find out, you'll be left to dry.

I claimed for injuries but mine were genuine, I was just saying if you're at all injured then go to hospital, cos any injury is compensated

Where do u think the money comes from
- becuase I guarentee its not out of the insurances pocket its out of everyone who pays insurance
Don't get me wrong i'm sorry to hear about the car but injury claims are now taking the piss

Yeah fair enough I hate that everyone is having to pay more for insurance cause of people claiming, beleive me I will not claim unless I am injured properly and have to!!
I do not think it is fair tho that cause of someone crashing into me and injuring me that I am losing money due to time of work and I may even loose my job if I can no longer get to work, and will claim loss of earnings if it comes to that!!
I also think its unfair that I have lost my pride and joy most probably and cant afford to start again!!

well put it this way ur fault or not claiming will loose ur no claims as insuarnce companies don't take into account who's to balme anymore. A claim is a claim now regardless of fault
Plus what you will get in injury claims will not compensate loss of earnings i would imagine and definitley not losing your job

Yes but if I can get a claim I can afford to buy another car and get to work meaning I still have a job!
Sort of fortunately I do not have claims to loose from insurance cause Im only 18 but I dont have a clue what I will do about insurance now, what Im sayin is hopefully a claim payout will help me get back on my feet as at the moment I am gutted, depressed and broke!

If you do loose any loss of earnings through your illness or loss or damage to clothing or personal effects you can claim these back.
