I have a corsa 1.6 rad and standard stat and gets hot quick and fan doesnt come in until over 100 and doesn't cool down when out on the road so need to find a way to keep it cooler.

I've always used one of these in all the Corsa LET's I've built and along with a cool running stat I've never ever had any issues. Engine always runs cool even on the hottest days even in traffic for long periods, it never goes above 100.

Hope this helps.

No mate... You have to snip the plug off and crimp on some female spade contacts.
Well worth doing though.

1.6 Aircon corsa sport long radiator, two slim line fans and a standard Stat.
Never seen the thing overheat.
Plus an oil cooler.
