4k u can find 1s on the gtir forum for that sort of cash which have had lots of engine work done ,but its up to u,if u buy it then fit a front mount intercooler from norris design stage 2 if u can afford it u will c the diffrence,i dont no what nissan were thinking mounting the intercooler on top of the engine

Most probably, but I would rather buy a near standand bullet proof one that I know hasn't been thrashed rather than a modified example that probably gets raped everyday

quite alot of car for the money, 4k gets you into the world of high powerd 4wd jap cars . gearboxes i hear are a bit on the weak side but dought there as bad as 106 gti boxes. thing id be planning to do asap if i i had 1 would be to ditch the bonnet scoop and get a fmic on there but apart from that id go 4 it

i say buy it, ive been in it, its a lovly motor sounds superb, and have a fair bit of poke to it, if i had the money for it and money for insurence i would snap it up straight away, total bargin
