I'm 18 (nearly 19) started actually driving @ 18. First car was Peugeot 106 1.4 Diesel and was around 880 with 0 NCB. Then I went to a 1.4 Corsa 5Dr and it went down a bit and then back up when I told them about my Alloys. I got it for this cause I've done Pass Plus, I was getting quoted about 2k to 4k without this. For the extra £112 quid it pretty much halved my insurance. Do pass plus!!

i got quoted 7 grand for my 1.2 16v from some gaylord company - i just said i would think about it and left it
Although flux wasnt much cheaper - she was very nice and she asked how much my cheapest quote was, 1200 and she said that they could beat it with there 2k a year

in the end, went with Sainsbury's - 1100 fully comp, 1ks worth of ICE insured too
