here is my order...

284 degree inlet cams, 278 exhaust, this is the max the recommend on non solid lifters

Hi Adam,

The total price for your order is £826.91 including carriage & VAT.

This includes the following parts:
CM16V2-H278EX (if you are running a distributor, you will need the longer cam shaft. Otherwise unless you have modified the cylinder head, there is no benefit to using the shorter cam shaft)
CM16V2-H284IN
VLC-6K-S (this is a steel valve cap set which has replaced the VLC-6K)
VLS-06K
VLV-SS1
CMVP-1 (from your information these should be the correct pulleys, however if you wish to verify the type, the tooth patterns are shown on the web site in the parts section)
VLV-RT3 (these are the spring seats)

If you wish to order the items, once payment have been received the cam shafts can be ordered. These should take approx 1 week to arrive here.

they are pulleys that the timing belt goes around.... the vaux ones have a tendancy to fail at high RPM...... the SBD ones are virtually indestructable....
