The standard one is a cast job and the janspeed is made from the tubes so tubular.
Also if you look at the standard one it quickly forces all of it together while the janspeed is designed for a better flow.
That my guess anyway

the only difference i can see its that it may not have round pipes.... but the routing is very simular...4-2 and then into 1 were it meets the cat so i dunno
