Still silly renting - if you split up a year or so down the line you sell the house and will probably walk away with a few £££ from the sale rather than sfa

it goes on your combined income - something like roughly 3xhis + 1.1/2X yours - or something silly like that

15k is still 15k! as kolin said its worked out depending where you go 3x highest wage but 1.1 or 2x lowest wage.

Some might offer you more.

Shop about. look at differnt banks. Try northern rock
