I had my fun! And at the time I wouldnt have done any different!

Still, would be nice to have a £70k mortgage than a £90k mortgage!

iv got cobra daytonas - they r recliners - v v v comfy

if u go for buckets - lose the rear seats - i use my rear seats a lot - ie take pple etc - so i went for recliners - and im using standard seat belts.

I had Willans 4 point harnesses in mine. Not bad really, £40 each from Demon Tweeks! Another bloody £80 that could have gone on the mortgage!

If you can stretch to it, get at least a GRP seat, some cheap buckets still have metal frames! Carbon seats are sweet but cost a fortune!

So the suzuka is a carbon seat i no there a little more expensive than the Imola, whats the Diffference with the Grp and the other stuff The Imola are made from its not carbon i dont think.

The Suzuka is very nice but at 280 are they that much better than the kevlar Imola?

They are two totally different styles of seat. Ive got Suzuka's in my Corsa and the big difference between the two is that the Imola is more of a sprint seat with much less depth on the sides than the Suzuka. Suzuka has much deeper sides and is more suitable as a co-driver seat - one things for sure I dont budge even on the harshest of corners in my suzuka's but you do have to climb in and out.

Kevlar/Carbon is just fancy weight saving material, Ive got the cheaper diolen shell on mine and its plenty strong for daily abuse.

If you just want a daily car though you cant beat recliners. Sometimes I just get fecked off with mine as even when I nip down Coop for a pint of milk I have to climb in and strap myself in as though im prepairing for a WRC stage...
